Online Interactive Workshop: Simply Smart Clutch/Wristlet

We're delighted you'll be able to join us and the lovely Lisa Lam to learn how to make this stylish, goes-with-anything Simply Smart Clutch/Wristlet. These cute clutches/wristlets are perfect for parties or as a matching purse for your handbag - and they make brilliant gifts! In this class, Lisa will show you how to get to grips with interfacing and interlining and show you how easy it is to elevate your bag creations with shiny, bling hardware!

Materials you will need for this online interactive workshop are as follows:-

1 x fat quarter quilt weight cotton fabric and matching thread for outer

1 x fat quarter quilt weight cotton fabric and matching thread for lining

* 0.5m woven fusible interfacing (Vilene G700 or Pellon equivalent Shapeflex Woven SF101)

* 0.5m fusible fleece (Vilene H640 or Pellon equivalent 987F Fusible Fleece)

* 1 x 3cm (W) x 3.5cm (H) purse tongue lock (search for ‘purse tongue lock’ in your browser or purchase in Lisa’s shop, see below)

* 1 x 0.13cm D-Ring

* 1 x 0.13cm swivel hook

* If required, you will be able to buy the Interfacing & Fleece kit for £7.45 GBP and the Hardware kit for £3.75 GBP (both are discounted prices for CraftyMonkies participants!) in Lisa’s online shop, via bespoke links that will be supplied to you via email by CraftyMonkies upon purchase of a ticket for this workshop. Atop the kit costs there will be Second Class post & packaging at approx £3.00 GBP (people can pay extra for First Class post if they wish) during checkout at Lisa's online shop.

Equipment you will need for this online interactive workshop are as follows:-

• Rotary cutter
• Cutting mat
• Quilt ruler
• Iron
• Pressing cloth (a clean tea cloth will work)
• Sewing clips and pins
• Small cross-head screw driver
• Walking machine foot (highly recommended)
• Disappearing fabric marker
