Agnes Divider Pouch!
We just love Jennie Pickett of Clover & Violet and her fabulous creations! This wonderful (and very practical) Agnes Divider Pouch, first made her entry to the world at our USA Retreat at Lancaster, PA in June 2024. The ladies attending the Retreat loved it so much that we thought, why not share it online as a class so others could benefit too?! So here it is.
Also, we're trying something new here at CraftyMonkies. For this class you can now bring a friend for half the price! We figured it might make a lovely post-Christmas opportunity for you and a friend to catch up and sew together and both end up with matching bags! Check out the two ticket options, but first, let's hear about the class from Jennie!...

Introduction by Jennie:-
I always love a functional project! Pouches are my go-to make for organising things, and it seemed about time to make a pouch that also had a divider inside to help keep things separated and organised. Add some more pockets and suddenly you have a place for everything. Perfect for organising your sewing tools while at a class, retreat, or even in your sewing room!

What you will learn on this Online Interactive Workshop:-
You’ll learn to install a top zipper to a pouch and how to create slip pockets, but most importantly, you’ll learn to create a divider in a bag. This divider is attached at the bottom, so even the tiniest items stay where you put them. The divider is something that can be added to almost any bag, so once you learn this skill you can apply it to other projects as well.

Skill Level for this Online Interactive Workshop:-
Advanced Beginner/Intermediate - Understanding of using the sewing machine, pre-cutting fabrics, and familiarity or desire to learn how to sew zippers as they are required to sew the bag. This workshop is appropriate for someone who has not sewn zippers before, but must have a working knowledge of sewing. All fabrics and interacting for this workshop must be pre-cut to allow for time to sew and assemble the pouch and to install the zippers divider during the workshop.
