Introduction by Scott:-

Since I learned how to quilt I’ve wanted to create my images and not just recreate someone else's patterns from a book. There are many resources online on how to Foundation Paper Piece (FPP), but hardly any of how to create the design. After much trial and error, I developed a system of designing patterns. It’s not pretty, but the results can be amazing.  I will pull back the veil and show you how to create your own FPP pattern from a picture.

What you will learn on this Online Interactive Workshop:-

During this workshop, you will learn to take a photo, and using FREE online tools make your own FPP pattern. I will help you set up your image. I will show you how to import your image, divide up your image into a workable grid, and start to transform your image into an FPP pattern. Then prepare the pattern for printing and use.

For this workshop you will need a basic understanding of a computer - Scott will walk you through how to use the program Quiltassist.
